Here I've posted the recipe for making a pasta dough without eggs....
Ingredients: (serving = 4)
- All purpose flour (maida) = 2 cups
- Salt = 1tsp
- Oil (olive oil preferred) = 2tsp
- Water = as per consistency
Method:
- Pour the flour on a flat surface or a mixing bowl as per your convenience.
- Make a well in the centre and add salt.
- Mix the dry ingredients and then add oil.
- Thoroughly mix the ingredients so that no lumps are formed.
- Now add water slowly and in steps, kneading the mixture till a smooth dough is formed.
- Knead the dough for about 5 mins and then let it rest for 10 mins.
- Cover it in a clinging plastic and refrigerate for 30 mins.
After refrigeration take out the dough and use it to roll into shapes that you want....!
